En el supuesto de compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica por la plena dedicaci\u00f3n, el trabajador podr\u00e1 rescindir el acuerdo y recuperar su libertad de trabajo en otro empleo, comunic\u00e1ndolo por escrito al empresario con un preaviso de 30 d\u00edas, perdi\u00e9ndose en este caso la compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica u otros derechos vinculados a la plena dedicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En determinados sectores, las empresas quieren garantizar la exclusividad de los servicios del trabajador a trav\u00e9s de lo que se conoce como un \u00abpacto de no concurrencia\u00bb<\/strong>, que se incluye en el contrato y por el que el trabajador se obliga a trabajar con plena dedicaci\u00f3n para el empresario<\/strong>, no pudiendo trabajar para otros empresarios, con lo que se limita la posibilidad del pluriempleo o la pluriactividad durante la vigencia del acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Es necesario que el trabajador a cambio de este acuerdo reciba una compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong> adecuada por dicha dedicaci\u00f3n. Esta compensaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 que ser clara, y puede ser tanto mensual como una cantidad a tanto alzado.
